For anyone still using Diamond Edition, you may encounter UI scaling issues that make the game unplayable (for example, your inventory is not visible on screen when interacting with traders). The fix is disabling DPI optimization:

Right-click on mwmain.exe, Compatibility, Change High DPI Settings, Check both Use and Override Application.
